Today BSSC students had the chance to have their say on the City of Greater Bendigo’s Youth Action Plan.
YO Bendigo’s Youth Engagement Officer, David Buckfield, visited Karen Green’s year 11 Sociology class to discuss some important topics with students.
Some of the talking points included safety in the city, inclusivity, accessibility, entertainment and connecting young people to culture and identity.
Fantastic discussions were had by all – it was wonderful for students to be able to share their ideas and we thank the City of Greater Bendigo for allowing us to contribute to the plan.
