What do I do if I can’t access Compass?

Students who were at BSSC in 2025 will use the same Compass login details in 2026. Students who are new to the college in 2026 were given Compass login details during our Ready to Learn interviews in late November or during Step Up. If you were not here at those times, have forgotten your login credentials or need help to log in to Compass you will need to contact the college on 5443 1222 after 19 January and ask to speak to someone in the IT Department.

What if I wasn’t able to attend the two-week Step Up program?

Accessing work from the two-week program:

  • Login to Compass (can be accessed via BSSC Homepage – bssc.edu.au)
    • Select one of your subjects via the ‘pencil’ menu at the top of screen
    • Click on the Resources tab and select the ‘Step Up’ folder
    • Review the contents in the ‘Step Up’ folder.

Are there any Summer School/Revision opportunities available in the holidays?

Students are able to register for revision opportunities over the holidays. Some of these are free and where there is a cost this will be reimbursed by the college.  Many of the opportunities can be found on our BSSC Revision page at:  https://sites.google.com/bssc.edu.au/bsscrevision/home (please note that only students can access the site).   During the holiday break, please register yourself and bring your receipt to the Finance Office at the start of the year for reimbursement.
