Tomorrow, the college will welcome former student Dr Kurt Lackovic (Class of 1993) back to BSSC to share his journey in Science and Medicine.
Dr Lackovic is the CEO of Cancer Trials Australia and will speak to Maths Science students about the breadth of opportunities available to Science graduates. He has a PhD in chemistry and subsequently spent four years as a post-doc in medical genetics at the University of Umeå, Sweden.
Dr Lackovic has extensive experience in leading complex academic and clinical programs and loves sharing his expertise with secondary students.
This session is an incursion for Maths Science students, but all interested students and staff are welcome to attend.
