The BSSC Athlete Development Program (ADP) sent four teams to the Basketball Victoria (BV) 3XCup qualifiers in Altona on Tuesday 24th March.
The senior girls had a team in division 1 and another in division 2 while both senior boys teams competed in division 1.
The senior girls took a while to warm up in the pool games but came out firing in the finals and came away with a ticket to the state finals in a nail biting grand final win by 2pts. The states will be held at the State Basketball Centre on Thursday 30th April.
The senior boys teams had their share or wins and losses throughout the day and showed patches of some great 3×3 basketball. The senior girls division 2 team had some close games with plenty of effort and learnings.
