Corporate Management
This unit looks at the environment in which large scale organisations operate.

    Managing People and Change
Students learn about key change management processes and strategies.

Areas studied

  • Human Resource Management (HRM)
  • The employment cycle
  • Expectations of workers and motivation
  • The impact of work place attitudes, social responsibility and technology
  • Managing significant change issues.
Assessment: Assessment in Business Management is Unit 3 school assessed coursework (25%), Unit 4 school assessed coursework (25%) and an end of year examination (50%).
