November
• 14 - Late VTAC applications close 5pm. Cost is $82 (inc GST). Apply at www.vtac.edu.au Some courses will not be available – see the Extra Requirements information
December
• 1st- December Change of Preference (COP) opens (9am). Change Preferences via website – www.vtac.edu.au Careers staff available and institutions have COP hotlines and information
• 12 -Very Late VTAC applications close 5pm - $105fee (inc GST) applies. Some courses will not be available – once again check the VTAC Guide for the course information.
• 15- ENTERs and VCE results released at 7am – available via phone, SMS and internet. VCE Results and ENTER information available via SMS – preregister using instructions in VTAC Guide (p29). Phone service is 1900 957 888 after 7am ($1.93/min). Internet results service (free)– www.results.vcaa.vic.edu.au You will need your VCAA number and your PIN – see www.vtac.edu.au for info on all these services.
• 16 – VCE Results and ENTER statement posted via mail.
• 17 – La Trobe will have a representative at BSSC in Careers 1pm to 4pm. Please ring BSSC on 54431222 to book.
• 19 - Last day for BSSC Staff including Careers team. After this time, contact institutions or VTAC until 22 December (noon).
• 22 - December Change of Preference (COP) closes (12 noon). After this, no changes can be made to preferences.
January 2008
• 20 - VTAC 1st Round Offers (9am) – accept/reject/defer via www.vtac.edu.au Offers in mail next day. Contact the institutions regarding the information that is mailed to you about your Offer – not VTAC.
February 2008
• 5 - Round 2 VTAC Offers (2pm) - accept/reject/defer on www.vtac.edu.au Also in mail next day.
• 17th - Round 3 VTAC Offers (2pm) – on website www.vtac.edu.au Also in mail next day.
