TERM 4 FOCUS: Closure, BSSC and beyond

Monday Group Meeting (20 minutes)     
  • Administration - see Agenda pdf document
  • Practice Unit 4 English & Maths (Thurs)

Tuesday Interview Time (60 minutes)
  • See all students who are yet to reenrol (Year 11) or who haven’t completed a VTAC selection (Year 12) – refer to JPP, STW, Careers.

Thursday Group Meeting (25 Minutes)
  • No group meeting to practice exams


Suggestions / Guidelines for Tutors

Continue with 2nd round of individual interviews with students this week. Tutors may like to discuss:

  • Parent/teacher interviews next week
  • Pre-exam self-assessment to be completed by end of term 3.
  • Exam preparation, revision and planning - study program / timetable.
  • Planning for 2005 - course, job, year 12 etc.
  • Finalising VTAC selections or 2005 course selections.
  • Applying for a reference.
  • Stress Management leading up to exams.
  • Recording progress to date (refer pp.62-3 Student Handbook).
  • Record of Achievement Folder - see p. 107 of Student Handbook
  • Pathways Plans - update if necessary
  • Involvement in Mental Health Week / Youth Week activities (last week).
