A lot of things may feel out of our control at the moment, but kindness is something that we can always control.
When we do nice things for other people, we start to feel better too!
For Wellbeing Week we are setting a challenge to all our students and staff: complete a random act of kindness for someone.
It might be sending them an encouraging message, giving a compliment, sending a gift or an e-voucher – there are so many ways to show kindness.
We would love for you to send in your photos either of something you did for someone, or something kind that someone did for you to firstname.lastname@example.org or our FB page – we will then post the photos on Friday to celebrate Friday’s theme, ‘Be Kind’. Let’s spread some joy this Wellbeing Week!
