| Two Centennial Legacies created |

Following on from the success of the Centenary Celebrations we are creating two lasting legacies recognising this event.
Both proposals will highlight the importance of the college's history and uphold the College motto 'Qui Patitur Vincit'; He conquers, whoever endures.
1. "School on the Hill" Centenary Endowment Fund: To allow the scholarship to be provided in perpetuity we are hoping to establish an endowment. The aim is to secure an endowment (fund), which would allow a significant scholarship to be awarded each year to a deserving student. 2. 'Centenary Commemoration Plaques'. During the Centenary celebrations, an appeal was launched to raise funds for a Centennial Commemoration to be placed in the student plaza which will be created when the Gaol becomes part of the college in 2008. The proposal is to incorporate the history of Bendigo High School and Bendigo Senior Secondary College into a series of free standing plaques, each representing a decade. Financial support is sought to assist in the development of this ongoing link between the past, the present Centennial year and the future. Donation form
